Cancellation Policy
Early or same-day appointments:
If you’re looking to book an appointment earlier than my available times or outside of regular booking hours, please text me for confirmation before booking. This helps me plan my schedule and ensure availability. Thank you so much for understanding!
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may not be transferred.
